The final phase of post-construction cleaning is designed to give the space a polished, move-in-ready appearance. This phase addresses any remaining dust or fingerprints, making sure everything is spotless.

Polishing surfaces

Polishing countertops, stainless steel, glass, and other surfaces to a shine.

Touch-up cleaning

Addressing any areas that may have been missed in earlier phases, including re-cleaning windows, floors, and other high-traffic areas.

Cleaning air vents

Ensuring that all vents, ducts, and filters are cleaned, particularly if dust and debris were circulated during the construction process.

Final inspection

Checking for any remaining smudges, dust, or debris that need attention before the space is turned over for occupancy.
