Rough Clean (Initial Cleaning)

This is the first phase of post-construction cleaning and typically occurs soon after the construction work is completed but before the final finishes are in place. The main objective here is to remove larger debris and construction-related waste, and prepare the space for further cleaning.

Removal of large debris

Disposing of leftover construction materials such as wood, nails, plastic wrap, cardboard, and other building waste

Dusting and sweeping

Removing dust and dirt from surfaces, floors, windowsills, and corners.

Cleaning fixtures and fittings

Wiping down lights, electrical outlets, and other installations.

Removal of construction residue

This includes wiping away drywall dust, cement, and plaster from walls, floors, and ceilings.
